Service Terms of Africa International Chamber of Accreditation and Compliance (AICAC)

By subscribing to or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. This includes accreditation processes, networking events, workshops, and any other services provided by AICAC.

AICAC commits to providing high-quality accreditation services that promote sustainable and ethical business practices. Services are subject to availability and may change from time to time.

As a user, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business during the accreditation process and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for AICAC services are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of services.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations of service may be made with notice to AICAC. Refunds are available under specific conditions outlined in the service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The materials, content, and trademarks used in our services are owned by or licensed to AICAC. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Confidentiality

Information related to the accreditation process and business details provided by clients will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent or legal obligation.

8. Limitation of Liability

AICAC will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties.

10. Amendments

AICAC reserves the right to modify these Service Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the official AICAC website or via email to registered users.
